Vision 

• Shared desire to grow Youth and Jrs

• There is great value in creating opportunities to expose our youths and juniors to other athletes outside of our provinces to build community, camaraderie and culture 

• Make it an experience/becomes a motivator for our junior athletes to receive an invite to this annual training camp 

• Value in junior athletes gaining experience in being coached by other coaches

• Strategically timed approximately 6 weeks from Jr Nationals
