Congratulations to all the athletes who participated at the Western Canadian Weightlifting Championships that were in Saskatoon over the weekend.  It was a weekend filled with amazing lifts and lots of dedication.  We are pleased to announce the winn Applications are now open for the 2025 SWA scholarship.  This year we will be awarding two $500 scholarships.  Applications must be in by November 30th.  Check out our webpage for criteria and forms

The IWF has released new weight categories for the upcoming Olympic qualification cycle. These new categories will be enforced from August 1, 2026 and are to be used in all IWF competitions.
