Out of Town Technical Officials Stipend for In Province Travel- TAG Rules and Regulations

This SWA policy be reviewed and updated on an annual basis, and dependent on the budget.

The structured stipend list is for a one-day competition for each TO attending an SWA sanctioned event from out of town:

Level 4 Officials $100

Level 3 Officials at $125

Level 2 Officials at $150

Level 1 Officials at $175  

Technical officials of any level are eligible for an additional $50 for 2 day events. This stipend will cover TO's who are travelling from out of town to officiate at SWA provincial-level sanctioned meets only. 

In order to receive this stipend, the following requirements must be met:

• Officials must have a most recent SWA membership for stipend

• Must officiate at least 3 sessions for a one-day competition

• If a two-day competition, must do at least half the number of sessions on the second day

• Must not be competing as an athlete or coaching at the competition to receive stipend

• Home location must be registered Membership address and be 100km or more to venue

• Will be paid out after event

Technical officials will still receive their of allotment of $20/session on top of this stipend.
