SWA Youth Training Camp + Sleep Over - Dec 16th+17th, 2017.

Synergy Strength will be hosting a SWA YOUTH Training Camp and Sleep over for team development and sport integration of those under 14 years of age. 

This camp is open to all and is FREE for anyone involved in SWA (must hold a valid SWA membership.

6 Schedule

The Youth Training Camp will follow the SWA AGM and SWA Senior Training session @ Synergy Strength. The schedule for the day will look like;

SATURDAY:

4:00pm - Introductions

4:30pm - Training session (Warm-up and Snatch derivatives + squats)

5:30pm - Games and playtime (Team building)

6:30pm - Dinner (will be served by SWA)

7:00pm - Movie + popcorn + more FUN!

9:00pm - Sleepy time on the platforms (literally platforms as beds)

SUNDAY:

8:00am - Breakfast (served by SWA)

9:00am - Warm-up and training session (Fun with the Clean and jerk)

11:00am - athlete pick-up

**Training sessions will be fun, challenging, and team oriented)

**Kids will be required to bring sleeping bags, blankets, mattresses, or whatever they want to sleep on

**There will be plenty of chaperones to help out over the afternoon and evening.

**If any athletes require special needs (food, sleep) please let the team know and we will accommodate
